TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CREDIT: Dealer Application must be filled out. All fields are required. Orders are paid via Credit Card only.

 

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped UPS or USPS from Raleigh, NC within 3 - 5 business days of receipt except where noted. Rush orders must be approved by The Paper Berry prior to processing of order and will incur a $40 fee. Shipping charges will be paid by buyer and will be added to each invoice.

 

 

CLAIMS: Notice of damaged, mis-shipped or missing product must be reported within 10 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to claims made after 10 days.  Return freight must be paid by customer.

 

PRICING /POLICIES: Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

 

IMAGES AND DESIGNS: The Paper Berry retains all rights, including copyrights, for all images and designs. Under no circumstances may Dealer copy or reproduce any of the products of  The Paper Berry (including all artwork and original works of authorship contained therein) or any derivatives or images thereof, unless so expressly authorized in writing by The Paper Berry. Subject to approval,  approved Dealer may request the logo for in-store display purposes or to be placed on their website which can be linked to our website.  No other images of The Paper Berry items or products are permitted in any Dealer stores or websites without express written permission of The Paper Berry.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: Company check, money order, or credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express) are accepted forms of payment. Credit cards are processed when the order ships. Company checks or money orders should be made payable to The Paper Berry. A $30 NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee will be charged for each returned check.  

 

Regarding Net Terms: We are not offering Net 30 terms at this times.  All orders must be prepaid via credit card.

Please place your Paper Berry order through one of our fabulous retailers. You will find a list on this site under Find A Store Near You. We are strictly a wholesale supplier, and orders cannot be placed through our website.

In most cases, orders ship within 3 - 5 business days.

 

 Personalized orders are processed only after proof approval.  A proof  will be sent to you via email or fax in 1-2 business days.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

 

 

 

 

If you need to make a correction or cancellation of your order, please let us know in writing as soon as possible since we start designing your custom orders as soon as we receive them, cancellation may not be possible.  You are not able to cancel your order, once printing has begun.

 

 

We try our very best to make sure that each order is just right before we send it to you. But if we made a mistake please let us know right away. We will send out a new order as soon as possible.

 

 

For personalized orders, If the Error is due to retailer/customer mistake, reprints are made with a 30% discount off of the original cost.

 

 

Once a custom order has been printed, there are no refunds, but if there is anything we can do to help we will certainly do our best. Return/replacement requests must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the Buyer/Dealer. Once your request has been received, we will do our best to work out a solution for you.
